Good morning children and families of Long Knowle.
What a fantastic job you all did working together on our LK Eco Warriors challenge! Did you see the video Mrs Moore put together of all of your super work? Wow!
So, we have another challenge for you set over the next 2 weeks all about celebrating ‘Special People.’
It’s been a tricky few months as many of you have not been to school and many grown-ups have had to stay at home too. Some of you may not of seen grandparents or auntie and uncles, or other family members and friends, and we know this has been difficult.
Some grown-ups may have had to worker even longer if they have Key Worker jobs like carers, nurses, doctors or shop workers.
So, we want to think about and celebrate all of these special people over the next two weeks with the activities we do in our afternoon work, starting with thinking about your own family.
Again, your own teacher will set you English and Maths activities, then you will have other tasks set on Purple Mash by a different teacher every day.
This means everyone will all have the same or similar work, so if you have brothers or sisters, you can work together.
Below is a picture of your teachers with the people that are very special to them.
Have fun with your learning and if you want to share your work with your teacher email:
