Good morning Y6, we hope that you are well. Hopefully you've been enjoying the sunshine, although this week is set to be cooler than we've been experiencing. We have put together some different activities for the week.
Don't forget you still have the topic work for history that you can work your way through around the Anglo Saxons. Please keep working on this and researching your information.
The link for maths this week can be found below. The work is still around angles and the videos are alongside each activity. We will also set up a competition on TTRS for you to play. please don't forget you also have access to online activities that you can work through.
In Art this week, we thought you might like to have a go at Andy Goldsworthy activities. He used nature to create art pieces. The file linked to this will be in files for this week. there is an example art piece below.
Please take some time to read this beautiful book that has been created by authors across the country. There are lots of short stories and poems to read and all the content is linked to the times we are experiencing. There are some amazing stories in here and you can read it online. It is embedded here, but the link will also be in the files. It is called The Book of Hopes. If you click the book it will take you to the page or you can read it below. Enjoy!
Take care of yourselves Mrs Bond and Miss Slide
